Nuaire – Long Service Wall Installation

The Brief

Nuaire required a visually engaging and flexible way to recognise long-serving members of staff, celebrating 30, 40 and 50 years of service within their main reception space.

The solution needed to be both impactful and adaptable, allowing for future additions and updates over time.

The Approach

We designed a modular feature wall using a mix of materials and colours to create a strong visual presence within the reception area. Individual “brick” panels were mounted using a magnetic system, allowing each plaque to be easily repositioned, removed or updated as needed.

This approach ensured the installation could evolve alongside the business while maintaining a clean, consistent finish.

The final installation delivers a high-quality, interactive display that celebrates staff achievements while fitting seamlessly within the space. The modular design provides long-term flexibility, ensuring the wall can continue to grow and adapt in the years ahead.
