About NEC Birmingham
The NEC is an exhibition venue in Birmingham with 18 halls and 186,000 m² of covered space. It hosts shows across a wide range of industries, from specialist trade events to large public exhibitions.
Each show has its own timetable and exhibitor requirements. For deliveries to the rear of the exhibition halls, the NEC requires a booked slot through its Voyage Control system. Planning those details alongside the stand build helps the installation run smoothly.

At the 2026 Environmental Services & Solutions Expo, 4Matix built Adler and Allan’s stand at the NEC Birmingham.
The open layout brought different services and products into one space, with clear zones for engineering and monitoring, demonstrations and conversations with visitors.
